The Role:
As a Program Manager for the Permanency Support Program, you will oversee and manage the operations and staff of the PSP case management division. Your leadership will ensure the program meets all service standards and objectives, aligning with the organisation’s strategic plan. You will develop and implement policies, monitor performance metrics, and report to senior management. Building strong relationships with community partners and advocating for the needs of Aboriginal children and youth will be crucial. Budget oversight and compliance with legal obligations form key parts of the role. You will also lead your team with a focus on motivation, training, and professional development. You will have 4 direct reports and 60 indirect reports.

The Role:

Essential Criteria:
- Professional qualification in social work or a related discipline
- Managerial experience in staff supervision, systems management, and budget control
- Direct experience working with children and young people in PSP
- Proven ability to collaborate with community partners and government bodies
- Experience and knowledge of working with culturally diverse clients
- Competence in producing reports and presentation papers
- Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and online tools
