The Role:

As a SIL Manager you will oversee the daily operations of Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes, ensuring seamless service delivery and participant satisfaction. You will play a critical role in delivering culturally sensitive, person-centered care aligned with NDIS plans.

This role involves managing teams, implementing participant-focused care plans, maintaining high standards of compliance and documentation, and fostering collaboration with carers, families, and other stakeholders. Your leadership will directly contribute to empowering individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals and live as independently as possible.

Essential Criteria:

• Strong knowledge of NDIS frameworks and SIL services
• Proven leadership experience in the disability or related sector
• Exceptional organisational skills, including reporting, scheduling, and documentation management
• Experience with high-intensity care, including behavioral support plans and medication management
• Empathy and a commitment to delivering exceptional care
• Background in roles such as SIL Manager, Team Leader, Support Coordinator, or allied health professional
