Our Client
Our client is a South Australian disability service provider delivering hands-on, practical support to people with disabilities. They’re not just ticking boxes—they’re focused on real outcomes, helping clients live with greater independence through targeted therapy. This is a team that values collaboration, flexibility, and professional growth, giving their therapists the tools and support to do what they do best.

The Job
This isn’t just another OT role. You’ll be working with people who genuinely need your expertise—helping them navigate daily living, making their homes safer, and ensuring they have the right assistive technology to thrive. You’ll have the autonomy to run your sessions how you see fit, with a team that backs you up rather than micromanages. The role is a mix of in-home, community, and remote work, giving you the variety to keep things interesting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing practical, no-nonsense therapy that makes a difference in people’s daily lives.
  • Helping clients with everything from showering and dressing to navigating public transport or modifying their homes.
  • Recommending assistive tech and environmental changes that actually work for the client, not just what looks good on paper.
  • Collaborating with families, carers, and other professionals to create plans that are both achievable and impactful.
  • Keeping records because you have to, but more importantly, tracking real progress and adjusting plans as needed.

Essential Criteria
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • General AHPRA registration.
  • Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screen Check.
  • Valid driver’s license and current police check.
