The Job
You’ll be working with kids and adults who need help with speech, language, and swallowing. Some use words, some use AAC—you’ll figure out what works best for them and make it happen. The work is flexible, the team has your back, and you’ll actually see the difference you’re making.

- 26 billables per week
- FIFO to regional areas in SA - 6:6 roster
- Fully remote role - WFH and Community outreach
- $1,000 Professional Development Budget
- 2 days paid study leave

You’ll be working with kids and adults who need help with speech, language, and swallowing. Some use words, some use AAC—you’ll figure out what works best for them and make it happen. The work is flexible, the team has your back, and you’ll actually see the difference you’re making.
- Helping people communicate—whether through speech, AAC, or other strategies.
- Assessing and treating speech, language, and swallowing challenges.
- Working with families, carers, and educators to keep progress going outside of sessions.
- Training support workers so they can reinforce communication skills day-to-day.
- Keeping records (because you have to) but focusing on real progress.
- Bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology.
- SPA Membership
- Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screen Check.
- Valid driver’s license and current police check.
