Organisational Trainer

The Role:

Are you passionate about supporting frontline workers to create meaningful outcomes for children, young people, and families? As an Organisational Trainer, you will deliver critical training programs, including Therapeutic Crisis Intervention and The Sanctuary Model, to equip staff with the skills and knowledge needed to provide effective, compassionate care. This role offers an exciting opportunity to travel throughout Queensland, engaging with teams to deliver impactful learning experiences.

You will also collaborate with the Learning & Development team to develop training materials, evaluate programs, and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement. This is a rewarding position for those who enjoy creating an environment that fosters growth and positive change for both staff and the communities they serve.

Essential Criteria:

• Experience as a frontline worker within child protection or a similar field.
• Availability and willingness to travel extensively (up to 75% of your time) across Queensland.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver training programs (prior experience preferred but not essential).
• Strong organisational and administrative skills, including maintaining training records and preparing reports.
• High-level interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Commitment to promoting emotional, social, and professional well-being in the workplace.
