Project Coordinator - Domestic, Family & Sexual Violence

• $120-144k + super + salary packaging 
• Full-time role
• Relocation Assistance up to $5,000 relocation and $5,000 repatriation support.

The Role

As a Project Coordinator you will be at the heart of all efforts to reduce family violence in Tennant Creek.  Your mission?  

• Work closely with the community to shape solutions that promote healing, cultural safety and service collaboration.
• Lead a small team of local connectors - facilitating discussions and raising awareness
• Empower local voices to be an advocate for change

Requirements

• A background in Human Services and experience in Family Domestic Violence work
• Understanding of Aboriginal cultures, values, and protocols with experience in culturally responsive care.
• Strong experience in community engagement 
• Willingness to travel to remote communities and engage in community outreach.
