The Role:

Our client is a leading NDIS provider based in Northshore, Eastern Suburbs and Western Suburbs
We are on the lookout for seasoned senior team lead who can oversee the well-being of up to 10 clients’ participants in supported independent living (SIL) and community environments. This role involves managing a cluster of 6-7 houses.
This full-time position, running from Monday to Friday, involves regular travel between the designated houses. As a senior team leader, you'll collaborate with clients to create and execute tailored support plans. Additionally, you'll provide guidance and supervision to direct support workers, ensuring the fulfillment of clients' support needs and objectives. There is on on-call component to this role (one week for every 6 weeks)

Essential Criteria:
 
  • Extensive managerial and leadership experience in Team Leadership, preferably in SIL management.
  • Diploma in Community Services.
  • Valid CPR & First Aid certification.
  • National Police Check & NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Completion of NDIS Workers Orientation Module.
  • A valid Australian Driver's License and access to personal transportation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Certificate in Leadership & Management (desirable).
