The Role

• Work in a leading Aged Care facility in Southwest WA
• Join a professional clinical leadership team that supports and develops your skills
• Flexible shift options include day, afternoon, and night shifts on a rotating fortnight roster.
• Provide high-quality aged care to residents
• Undertake clinical, social, and self-care assessments
• Update care plans and assessments to meet residents' changing health needs
• Wound care management
• Address residents' and their families' queries, comments, suggestions, or concerns

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration
• Experience within the Aged Care Industry (preferred but not essential)
• Current CPR certification
• Proficient in Medication Management principles and implementation
• Current National Police Clearance and willingness to undergo pre-employment testing
