- Paying up to $115,000 (inclusive of motor vehicle allowance) plus super
- Salary Packaging

- Oversee a team of 5 Speechie’s and 2 AHA’s
- 3 billable hours per day
- Flexibility to run your own diary
- A caseload all in Central and North Adelaide.

Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing a team of 7, 5 Speechies and 2 AHA's while managing a caseload of 3 billable hours per day.
- Provide supervision and consultative support to the Speech Pathology team
- Oversee training and professional development, identify any gaps in skillsets that can be improved.
- Facilitate regular team meetings and contribute to leadership discussions
- Support the review and development of policies and lead change initiatives
- Focus on risk management and achieving the best outcomes for clients
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology
- Membership with Speech Pathology Australia
- Leadership or supervisory experience, or a minimum of 4 years as a Speech Pathologist
- Knowledge of developmental delays, disorders, and relevant clinical assessments
- Experience supporting individuals with complex communication needs is desirable
