Team Lead - Behaviour Support

On Offer:

• Salary up to $135k + Super
• Salary Packaging
• Monthly RDO & additional day off for your Birthday  
• Work in Community, from clinic in Perth's Southern Suburbs and have some flexibility to WFH 

The Role:

As a Team Lead you will provide clinical support and supervision to a team of BSPs, and manage your own caseload. 

• Work closely with participants and their support networks to develop and implement behaviour support plans that are person-centred and goal-focused
• Provide education and training to caregivers, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure compliance with industry standards. 
• Developing and delivering high-quality therapy and behaviour support plans
• Providing training and guidance to caregivers and support teams
• Writing assessments and reports in a timely and professional manner
• Meeting compliance requirements, including documentation and reporting
• Engaging in business development activities to promote PBS services

Requirements:

• Relevant qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or a related field
• Advanced level Behaviour Support Practitioner
• Experience in developing and implementing behaviour support plans
• Strong understanding of NDIS frameworks and compliance
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage a caseload and meet utilisation targets
