The Role:
The Support Coordinator is a front-line position that is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting NDIS participants to allow them to understand and utilise their funding in order to achieve their goals. The Support Coordinator may work independently of co-workers or supervisors and therefore must possess good judgement and take initiative whilst following policies and procedures of the company. You will support participants to understand their plan, funding and supports available to them, Arrange for any assessments required to determine the nature and type of funding required. Coach and support clients to build their confidence and skills to implement their plan and receive the most out their NDIS plans and assist clients in preparing for plan review meetings by considering new goals, identifying solutions to any problems experienced within the plan/budget and assess whether they achieved their goals with the plan/funding available to them.

Essential Criteria:
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and listening skills with the ability to adapt to meet clients needs
- Compassionate, patient and caring nature
- High level of organisational skills
- Competent using Google Docs and able to learn business systems quickly
- Sound computer literacy skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to understand NDIS price guide and budgets.
