Our Client
Our client is a leading paediatric service provider dedicated to enhancing the lives of children who experience developmental challenges. They specialise in delivering high-quality, evidence-based interventions to support children in achieving their full potential in all aspects of life. They are seeking an experienced paediatric Senior Occupational Therapist to join their team.
The Duties included but are not limited to
- Provide administrative support to the Clinical Lead, Clinical Director and members of clinical team.
- Provides management and support to the Operations team.
- Contribute to fortnightly leadership meetings, taking minutes when required and monthly whole-leadership team meetings.
- Induct new staff liaising with the clinical lead.
- Be the ‘go to person’ for therapists with clinical questions, administrative challenges.
- Assist in the planning and delivering of staff trainings when required.
- Supports Clinical Lead in obtaining clinician requests for new clinical resources, treatment, or assessment tools.
Essential Criteria
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy or relevant discipline
- 3 + Years’ experience of paediatric or adult experience
- Previous experience in a supervisor/senior position
- Full AHPRA registration
- Valid NDIS Check
- First Aid Certificate
- Working With Children Check
