The role:
In this role you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive Speech Pathology services as part of a multidisciplinary team. Your main responsibilities will include conducting assessments and providing evidence-based interventions for paediatric clients in a family-centred approach. Collaborating effectively with families and carers, you will ensure that each child's specific needs are met with the highest quality of care.

A key aspect of your role will be to maintain accurate documentation and statistics related to patient care and clinical support activities using Halaxy, our client management system. Upholding the organizational values, you will actively contribute to service monitoring, evaluation, and quality improvement activities. Continuous professional development is encouraged, and you will participate in regular clinical supervision and annual performance reviews to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Essential Criteria:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
  • Registration or ability to become registered with SPA
  • Demonstrated knowledge of evidence based principles in assessment and treatment
  • A car and licence
  • A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check
