The role:

Your work will span home, school, clinic, and community settings, with a focus on providing therapy that is both person-centred and goal-oriented.
You’ll collaborate closely with families, educators, and other health professionals to ensure cohesive care and support. A key part of your role involves monitoring client progress, refining therapy plans as needed, and contributing high-quality clinical documentation, including NDIS reports. You’ll also provide guidance to Therapy Assistants, contribute to multidisciplinary projects, and actively participate in the professional development of the team.
This is more than just a clinical role — you’ll help shape the growth and direction of the service, influencing both the evolution of your own position and the broader team. Your insights, initiative, and leadership will be valued as you help strengthen and expand a service committed to empowering clients and fostering best practice.
