The Role
Our client is seeking a passionate, energetic, and caring Speech Pathologist with a commitment to providing high-quality services. 

In this role, you will:
  • Deliver a wide range of therapy services to a diverse caseload, including both standardised and non-standardised assessments.
  • Conduct specialist communication assessments for Augmentative and Alternative Communication.
  • Provide therapeutic support and guidance to families and key stakeholders to foster inclusion and participation across different settings.
  • Work within a key worker model, offering direct and consultative support to clients.
  • Receive training and support to implement Positive Behaviour Support strategies aimed at enhancing quality of life.
  • Have the opportunity to implement specialist programs, including parent coaching, social communication, mealtime assessment, and Positive Behaviour Support initiatives.
  • Be based at a therapy hub, working within a local area to deliver family-centered services in homes, schools, and community settings.
  • Lead specialist therapy groups across various age ranges and skill areas.

Essential Criteria
  • A tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
  • Membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
  • A person-centred approach.
  • Experience working with children and/or adults with disabilities and their families is desirable.
