On Offer:
We are looking for a sociable and organised Support Coordinator Manager to join the team. This role is crucial in providing comprehensive support coordination to participants with complex needs, behaviors of concern, medical needs, or other high-risk circumstances, as deemed necessary by the NDIA. You will play an integral role in interpreting NDIS plans and ensuring high-needs participants develop the capacity to manage their own supports.
Other responsibilities include expanding your own client base and developing the business, providing support coordination within agreed timelines, offering advice to participants and their carers about the evolving NDIS environment, researching and identifying providers and other relevant stakeholders, and building strong working relationships, while also preparing reports, monitoring expenditure, and completing associated administrative work.

You will play an integral role in interpreting NDIS plans and ensuring high-needs participants develop the capacity to manage their own supports.

Essential Criteria:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Support Coordinator.
- In-depth understanding of NDIS legislation, price guide, and rules.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High degree of confidentiality and ability to manage sensitive information.
- Tertiary degree in Social Work, Allied Health, or equivalent discipline with relevant field experience.
- High-level interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop and maintain relationships.
- Proactive and able to work under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Current driver's license.
- Working with Children Check (or equivalent) and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Must be Sydney-based and have access to a vehicle.
