This service is designed to meet the diverse needs of our community, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals, people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, and individuals of all ages from various locations. Joining our client's team means engaging in meaningful conversations and serving as a guide for mental health services. You'll listen attentively, understand what truly matters to each person, and direct them to services that align with their preferences, needs, and strengths.

These are triage based roles where you will work closely with individuals over the phone and engage in meaningful conversations and guide clients towards services that resonate with their personal preferences.

You should have a strengths-based approach and effective communication skills are essential, as we believe in the power of conversation to uncover what truly matters. You should be willing to explore, evaluate, and explain service options, including their benefits and compromises. Agility and flexibility are crucial, enabling you to liaise with various service providers and adapt strategies to enhance service fit and satisfaction.
