The Role:

Our client is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead the daily operations and service delivery across multiple disability support locations. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating a team of disability professionals to ensure participants receive high-quality care in accordance with industry standards. You will provide supervision and support to key staff, oversee performance management, and promote professional development.

The role involves regular engagement with clients, families, support coordinators, and allied health professionals to ensure collaborative and client-centred care. Operationally, you will manage rostering and workforce planning while upholding WHS requirements and staff wellbeing. A key focus will be on maintaining quality and compliance through regular home inspections, spot checks, and ongoing improvement initiatives. Additionally, you will contribute to the organisation’s growth by representing the service at expos, community meet-ups, and networking events.

Requirements:

• Experience in managing disability support services, NDIS knowledge preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to oversee operational processes, workforce planning, and service compliance
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Passion for quality improvement and service excellence
