The role:
As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality therapy services, managing a diverse caseload, and designing evidence-based therapy programs tailored to individual participant goals. Your responsibilities will include conducting functional capacity assessments, providing expert recommendations for assistive technology and environmental adaptations, and delivering best-practice interventions that enhance participants’ independence and life skills. You will have the opportunity to specialise in areas of interest while contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Beyond clinical responsibilities, this role includes leadership opportunities such as mentoring junior clinicians, providing professional guidance, and delivering internal training sessions. Essential Criteria
  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Occupational Therapy or relevant discipline
  • AHPRA registration
  • Minimum experience of 18 months
  • Valid NDIS Check
  • Police Check
  • Working with Children Check
