- Coordinate and supervise the discipline team effectively
- Mentor and inspire junior staff to deliver exceptional care
- Provide valuable insights to the leadership team
- Shape clinical competence and professionalism of designated supervisees
- Act as the "eyes and ears" of the organization
- Identify issues and collaborate on solutions
- Maintain high standards of care and operational excellence
Requirements:
- Strong clinical reasoning skills and leadership qualities
- Excellent written documentation capabilities
- Current Occupational Therapy Degree certification
- Registration with the relevant regulatory body
- Possess necessary certifications for the role
