Role and Responsibilities:

• Assess Transferable Skills and conduct Vocational Assessments.
• Provide Vocational and Adjustment to Injury Counseling services.
• Collaborate with clients, insurers, medical practitioners, and employers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Identify barriers to Return to Work (RTW) processes and design, implement, and monitor programs to support injured employees in returning to work.
• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, including initial, worksite, functional, and early intervention assessments.
