The Job
This role involves working closely with a diverse client base, from children to the elderly, across a variety of schemes, including:
- CTP: Supporting clients after motor vehicle accidents to regain their independence.
- Life Insurance: Helping clients overcome physical and mental health challenges to resume daily activities.
- Aged Care: Improving quality of life by addressing mobility and functional needs.
- NDIS: Assisting clients in achieving their goals with effective use of available funds.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored rehabilitation plans.
- Collaborate with clients, families, and stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
- Provide high-quality, holistic care that focuses on client-centred goals.
- Document and report on progress to ensure transparent and effective service delivery.
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration
- Passion for helping clients achieve the best possible outcomes
- Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
- Ability to provide a WWCC and Police Clearance
- Commitment to professional excellence and innovation in rehabilitation
