The Role:

Our client is seeking a Registered Psychologist to join their Therapy and Behaviour Support Team. The successful candidate will provide psychological assessment and intervention services to individuals, including those living with disabilities, while also supporting their families and caregivers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering therapeutic interventions in line with clinical governance frameworks
• Conducting psychological assessments and developing tailored intervention plans
• Working collaboratively with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Supporting and supervising Provisional Psychologists
• Participating in professional development, clinical supervision, and team meetings
• Promoting best practices in mental health and disability support

Essential Criteria:

• Full registration as a Registered Psychologist with AHPRA
• Experience in psychological assessment and therapy, particularly for children and adults with disabilities
• Strong knowledge of early intervention and best practices in disability support
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage complex cases and work effectively in a team
• Current Driver’s Licence and access to a registered, comprehensively insured vehicle
• Valid First Aid Certificate, National Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Working with Children Check.
