The Role

As the Regional Manager, you will provide onsite leadership and operational management, ensuring high-quality service delivery across multiple community programs to a team of around 40 including Case Workers, Support Coordinators, Sports and Recreation Officers, Support Workers and Admin staff. 

This role is integral in fostering strong relationships with Aboriginal organisations, government agencies, and stakeholders to enhance service outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing service delivery to ensure compliance, risk mitigation, and strategic alignment for services across AOD, NDIS, Suicide Prevention, Childcare, Youth Behaviour Change, Indigenous Sports and more! 
• Managing and mentoring a diverse team, fostering a strong, culturally competent work environment.
• Driving program growth, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Representing the organization at stakeholder meetings and advocating for community needs.
• Managing regional operations, including staff supervision, administration, and reporting.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Social Work or related field
• Demonstrated experience working in at least one specialist area - NDIS, AOD, Financial Wellbeing, Suicide Prevention, Youth Behaviour Change, Childcare, Safehouse, Indigenous Sports
• Proven track record leading successful teams
• Australian work rights
• Police check, NT divers licence and WWCC/Ochre Card
