On Offer:
As a Psychosocial Recovery Coach you will work closely with NDIS participants with psychosocial disability and support workers to deliver quality, person-centred, and customer focussed outcomes in an efficient and safe working environment. You will ensure the individual needs of customers are being met through the coordination of services whilst also implementing a planned approach to the professional development of team members.
You will be part of a close-knit team servicing clients across Geraldton so it's important you are flexible and open to travelling to deliver services, and regularly able to work from the office.

Requirements
- Degree and registration in Allied Health or Human Services field
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with people with disability, or psychosocial disability, particularly those with high support needs, their families and support staff
- Strong coordination, leadership and peer support skills.
- Ability to communicate and build rapport with culturally and linguistically diverse clients (speaking Chinese would be desirable)
- Relevant Lived Experience strongly considered
