The Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated Provisional Psychologist, Psychologist, or Rehabilitation Counsellor to join their multidisciplinary allied health team . This full-time position involves helping individuals regain their independence and achieve their wellness and work goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting assessments to create and implement effective rehabilitation plans.
  • Designing and implementing intervention programs to enhance functional performance, independence, and work capacity.
  • Identifying and overcoming barriers to maximize work participation.
  • Navigating healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes to empower clients in their recovery journey.
  • Liaising with clients, families, medical professionals, employers, and other stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.

Essential Criteria

  • Australian-recognized qualifications and registration in Psychology, Provisional Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counselling (AHPRA / ASORC).
  • A strong desire to positively impact people’s lives.
  • Excellent client and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • A driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle for community work.
  • Current (or willingness to obtain) Working with Children Check and Police Clearance.
