The Role:

Our client, who are dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities and their carers, are seeking a committed Physiotherapist. In this role, you will work across multiple settings, providing person-centred care to help clients achieve their functional goals. You’ll conduct assessments, prescribe assistive equipment, and deliver education and intervention strategies. As part of a multi-disciplinary team, you'll also contribute to service development and clinical supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Specialised Clinical Advice: Offer expert guidance within a reablement-focused culture.
  • Holistic Assessments: Develop tailored, individual therapy plans.
  • Collaborative Equipment Prescription: Recommend assistive equipment suited to client needs.
  • Report Preparation: Create detailed reports, funding applications, and clinical recommendations.
  • Health Education: Educate clients and their families on preventive health strategies.
  • Service Development: Engage in service improvement projects and clinical supervision.
  • Research and Presentations: Present to stakeholders and contribute to research initiatives.

Essential Criteria:

  • Full AHPRA Registration 
  • Valid Checks and Driving Licence
  • Professional Indemnity Insurance
  • Independent and Team Skills: Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
  • Strong Communication and Organisation: Effective management of caseload and client interactions
  • Commitment to Excellence: Dedication to professional development and best practices
