About
Our client specialises in physiotherapy and exercise physiology with several established clinics around Perth. They are seeking a Physiotherapist to join on a Casual/Part Time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assessing physical conditions, creating treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to improve patient health and well-being.

The Role
  • Evaluate patients’ physical conditions through comprehensive diagnostic assessments.
  • Develop customized treatment plans that address individuals’ needs and objectives.
  • Utilize a range of techniques and interventions, including exercises, manual therapy, education, and advice to treat various injuries and health conditions.
  • Monitor patients’ progress regularly and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Liaise with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and recovery.
  • Maintain updated patient records and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and standards.
  • Provide guidance and advice to patients and their families on post-treatment care.
  • Continually update knowledge and skills through professional development activities.

Essential Criteria
  • Degree in Physiotherapy 
  • Full AHPRA registration
  • Excellent knowledge of physiology, rehabilitation principles, and physiotherapy best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with patients and healthcare team.
  • Strong communication abilities, with an empathetic, patient-centric approach.
  • Practical knowledge of health and safety guidelines within a physiotherapy setting.
  • Skilled in using modern physiotherapy technology and equipment.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks, and work independently.
