The Role:
As the Operations Manager, you will oversee and optimise the day-to-day operations of disability services, ensuring high-quality care and efficient service delivery. The Role:

Essential Criteria:
- Certificate III in a relevant field
- 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the disability sector
- Strong administrative background with the ability to work autonomously
- Proven leadership experience, managing teams and overseeing service delivery
- Experience in rostering, staff training, and compliance
- Ability to cover shifts and provide hands-on support when required
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to manage a fast-paced environment and refine recruitment processes
- Understanding of NDIS and SIL frameworks is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills
