The Role
Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities? Our client, a well-established community-focused organisation, is seeking dedicated Occupational Therapists to join their multidisciplinary team. In this role, you'll provide high-quality, person-centred care, helping participants achieve greater independence and improved quality of life through evidence-based therapy services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments to identify participants' needs.
- Develop and implement tailored intervention plans to support participants in achieving their personal goals.
- Recommend and prescribe assistive technology and mobility aids.
- Perform in-home assessments and evaluate participants' functional abilities.
- Collaborate with participants, their families, and other professionals to ensure holistic care.
- Prepare detailed reports on participant needs, assistive technology recommendations, and home modifications.
- Participate in review meetings and case conferences to optimise care strategies.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation that adheres to professional and regulatory standards.

What We’re Looking For
- Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy with current registration.
- Experience: 3 + years' experience working with individuals with disabilities and their support networks.
- Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Values: A commitment to providing respectful, inclusive, and empowering care.

- Valid Driver's Licence
- Current Police Clearance
- Working with Children Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
