Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Provide individualised therapy services designed to meet participant needs and aspirations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and external partners to deliver comprehensive care.
- Produce detailed and timely reports tailored to stakeholder requirements.
- Adhere to professional standards and ensure all services align with best practices.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in the field through ongoing education.
- Develop and implement therapy plans focused on participant outcomes.
- Partner with healthcare professionals and community resources to enhance service delivery.
- Manage administrative tasks such as documentation and billing with accuracy.
- Build strong relationships with clients and their support networks.
- Promote a safe and compliant work environment by following relevant policies.
Requirements
- A recognised degree in Occupational Therapy and current registration with AHPRA.
- Prior experience supporting individuals with disabilities in therapeutic settings.
- A clear criminal history and a valid working with children check.
- Completion of the NDIS orientation module.
- A valid Australian driver’s licence and access to reliable transport.
- A commitment to empowering diverse clients to achieve their potential.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
