Our Client:
We are partnering with an established Allied Health disability provider in Australia. They are seeking an experienced Occupational Therpaist to join their team. They work across the lifespan, 13-65 years of age. You will have the option of tailoring a caseload specifically suited to you, be it working with Disabilities, Mental Health or Aged Care.

The Role
Our client is looking for professionals to deliver high-quality therapy services, supporting individuals in achieving their goals through tailored interventions. This role emphasises collaboration, continuous improvement, and meaningful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
  • Provide individualised therapy services designed to meet participant needs and aspirations.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and external partners to deliver comprehensive care.
  • Produce detailed and timely reports tailored to stakeholder requirements.
  • Adhere to professional standards and ensure all services align with best practices.
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments in the field through ongoing education.
  • Develop and implement therapy plans focused on participant outcomes.
  • Partner with healthcare professionals and community resources to enhance service delivery.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as documentation and billing with accuracy.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their support networks.
  • Promote a safe and compliant work environment by following relevant policies.

Requirements
  • A recognised degree in Occupational Therapy and current registration with AHPRA.
  • Prior experience supporting individuals with disabilities in therapeutic settings.
  • A clear criminal history and a valid working with children check.
  • Completion of the NDIS orientation module.
  • A valid Australian driver’s licence and access to reliable transport.
  • A commitment to empowering diverse clients to achieve their potential.
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
  • Capability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
