- Paying up to $90k plus super (If expectations are higher, we encourage you to apply)
- 1:1 supervision from a Senior OT with 15 years’ experience
- No set billable hours: provide a qualitive service over quantitative.

The Role
Are you an enthusiastic and committed therapist seeking a role where you can make a significant impact within the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and Aged Care? This opportunity allows you to contribute meaningfully while developing your skills as an OT.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality therapeutic services to clients within the NDIS and Aged Care frameworks.
- Conduct thorough assessments and design personalised intervention strategies.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve client objectives.
- Track client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Maintain accurate, compliant records in line with industry regulations.
- Stay informed of the latest developments in Allied Health through ongoing professional education.
- Full AHPRA Registration
- A minimum of 18 to 24 months of professional experience in a relevant field.
- Experience in the NDIS and/or Aged Care sectors is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Valid driver’s license and readiness to travel when required.
