The Job
We are looking for a passionate and skilled individual to join our client’s team in an NDIS support role. As part of a collaborative team, you will work closely with clients to ensure their unique needs are met, helping them achieve their goals and live independently. The position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of people with disabilities, supporting them to live their best lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with disabilities, in line with NDIS goals and objectives
  • Assist clients with daily activities, including personal care, mobility, and communication support
  • Develop and implement individual support plans, ensuring they are tailored to each client’s needs
  • Monitor and report on client progress, providing feedback and recommendations for adjustments where needed
  • Work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure holistic care
  • Promote independence, empowerment, and social inclusion for clients
  • Ensure all documentation and reporting are completed accurately and within required timelines
Essential Criteria
  • Relevant qualifications in Disability Support, Allied Health, or related fields
  • Demonstrated experience working with individuals with disabilities, ideally within the NDIS framework
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with clients, families, and teams
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and demonstrate initiative
  • A compassionate, person-centred approach to care
  • A valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
