You will create engaging social media campaigns, design optimised landing pages, and execute email marketing strategies that drive lead generation. Your responsibilities will also include producing content in collaboration with the design team, such as brochures and videos, to enhance our brand visibility. Regular performance tracking through tools like Google Analytics will be key to adjusting campaigns for better return on investment (ROI). You’ll work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. This role offers a chance to work on diverse marketing initiatives for multiple brands while contributing to the social impact within the NDIS ecosystem. A key part of this role is collaborating with external agencies when needed and ensuring that marketing activities are aligned with overarching business objectives.

Essential Criteria:

  • Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong creativity and organisational skills with attention to detail in campaign execution.
  • Experience in the NDIS or care/health sectors is preferred.
