The role:
- Lead the Financial Counselling and Capability Hub team, known as Money Matters, ensuring high-quality services across East Arnhem.
- Manage an active caseload, provide practice guidance, and support advocacy for financial inclusion.
- Work collaboratively to deliver strength-based, culturally appropriate, and evidence-based services.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in Human Services or Social Science and Financial Counselling.
- 5+ years’ experience in financial wellbeing sectors, including management.
- Strong knowledge of poverty, social exclusion, and regional service delivery challenges.
- Ability to manage staff and maintain strong partnerships across diverse communities.
- Rights to work in Australia
