The Role:

As the Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Chief Executive Officer. You will be responsible for managing the CEO’s schedule, coordinating internal and external communications, and ensuring the smooth flow of operations within the executive office. This role requires excellent organisation and time management skills, as you will be handling complex scheduling, preparing reports, managing correspondence, and coordinating meetings with various stakeholders.

Additionally, you will play a key role in supporting Board activities, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items. You will liaise with both internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships to support the executive team. Your ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism will be crucial to success in this role.

Essential Criteria:

  • Ideally 4 years’ experience in an administrative role supporting senior management
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High competency in note-taking and report writing
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
  • A high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion
  • Relevant qualifications in Business Administration (Certificate III/IV or Diploma) are desirable but not essential
