The Role:
Join our dedicated team as a Disability Service Manager, where you will oversee the implementation of individual clients' NDIS plans and ensure exceptional service delivery. You will proactively manage relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment. Your leadership will drive workforce management while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will handle reporting requirements for the Department of Community & Justice and effectively manage feedback, incidents, and risks. This role requires a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities and a commitment to high standards of service. You will have up to 5 direct reports – Team Lead Service Coordinators, and indirect - Senior and Junior Support Workers. You will oversee the running of NDIS day programs (in home and in community) and 1 to 1 in community clients.

Essential Criteria:
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience in the NDIS sector
- A Diploma or Degree in relevant field is preferred but not essential.
- Experience in disability and NDIS
- Strong knowledge of the Greater Western Sydney region and its demographic challenges and opportunities.
- Current NSW Driver's License, own vehicle, Working with Children Check, and National Police Check.
