You’ll be responsible for conducting screenings, psychometric testing, and risk assessments, and developing comprehensive forensic case formulations and treatment plans. Your work will involve facilitating both group and individual interventions addressing a range of needs such as violence, substance abuse, antisocial thinking, emotional regulation, and life skills development. In addition, you will contribute to case management planning, behaviour management strategies, and risk reviews related to suicide or self-harm, while ensuring accurate clinical documentation and reporting. The role also involves supporting new and provisionally registered clinicians through supervision and modelling best practice. You will collaborate closely with custodial and non-custodial staff to develop effective working relationships and contribute to broader training and prison-wide activities, including cultural and community celebrations.
