The Role:
As a Clinical Lead, you will provide leadership to the team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based interventions to young people and their families. You will also provide direct clinical care, supervise staff, and support the development and implementation of group programs. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders to maintain service integration and continuous improvement.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing support to young people aged 12-25.
The Role:
As a Clinical Lead, you will provide leadership to the team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based interventions to young people and their families. You will also provide direct clinical care, supervise staff, and support the development and implementation of group programs. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders to maintain service integration and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to the mental health team.
- Deliver developmentally appropriate, evidence-based interventions.
- Coordinate the Functional Recovery Program and outreach services.
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage referrals.
- Ensure culturally safe care for Aboriginal young people.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement activities.
- Approved tertiary qualification in a health-related discipline, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
- Postgraduate qualifications in therapeutic modalities such as CBT and ACT.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a multidisciplinary team.
- A passion for working with young people, particularly Aboriginal youth.
- Northern Territory Working with Children Clearance (Ochre Card) and National Police Criminal History Report.
- A valid Northern Territory driving licence.
