The Role:

As the Clinical Care Manager, you will:

• Coordinate clinical care services in line with organisational values and regulatory standards
• Oversee nursing staff, carers, residents, and stakeholders to deliver customer-focused care
• Implement best practice clinical care processes and risk management strategies
• Lead, mentor, and support staff to achieve operational objectives and maintain a harmonious team environment
• Manage resources effectively, review expenditures, and prepare financial forecasts
• Prioritise health and safety guidelines, compliance, and staff development initiatives
• Engage in stakeholder relationships, communication processes, and continuous improvement activities

Requirements:

• Current AHPRA registration
• 2 years experience as a Clinical Care Manager within aged care
• Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation processes
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to independently research, analyse, and problem-solve
• Commitment to workplace health and safety practices
• Full-time availability with flexibility for additional hours as needed
