The Job
We have a role for a Proficient Level BSP to cover a client base both in Perth and Geraldton. You will be part of a team with experienced Advanced and Proficient Level practitioners as well as Core Level. A lot of the people on the team are long standing and you will work for a manager who cares for the wellbeing of their team!!

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive behavioural assessments tailored to individual needs.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based, person-centred behaviour support plans.
  • Oversee the use and reduction of restrictive practices in accordance with the NDIS Positive Behaviour Support Capability Framework.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to support teams and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality therapeutic services.
Essential Criteria
  • Registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner with NDIS (Proficient level) or eligibility for registration.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in an Allied Health discipline.
  • Knowledge of NDIS Quality and Safeguarding principles, including behaviour support and restrictive practices.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience in facilitating group sessions, coaching, and mentoring.
  • A strengths-based and person-centred approach to service delivery.
  • A positive and contemporary attitude, with a commitment to enhancing quality of life for people with disabilities.
