On Offer:

  • $90,000 - $100,000 plus super
  • Remote allowance of $10k + Salary Packaging

The Role:

As an AOD Practitioner, you will deliver holistic, trauma-informed, and culturally appropriate interventions to support individuals impacted by alcohol and drug challenges. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing individual and group therapy, psycho-education, and case management.
  • Supporting clients in developing life skills, relapse prevention strategies, and wellbeing plans.
  • Building therapeutic alliances with clients and engaging with community stakeholders
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of services, ensuring cultural competence and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Behavioural Science, or Counselling.
  • Significant experience in AOD and/or mental health case management and working with First Nations Peoples.
  • Strong interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Valid National Police Clearance, WA Driver’s Licence, required vaccinations, and computer literacy.
