The role:
As an Allied Health Manager, you will lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals, driving collaboration and fostering continuous professional growth. Your role involves overseeing the delivery of high-quality, client-centred services while ensuring compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will manage budgets, optimize resource allocation, and build relationships with key stakeholders to improve efficiency and service outcomes.

You will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff development, ensuring that performance indicators are met and that team members are equipped to provide exceptional care. Continuous improvement is at the core of your duties, requiring you to innovate and implement scalable processes that enhance service delivery and client satisfaction. You will also monitor client feedback and ensure service adherence to best practices.

In this position, your leadership will foster a positive workplace culture where collaboration, professional growth, and client-centered care thrive. You will also maintain a clinical workload within your area of expertise to stay current with best practices and guide your team effectively. Managing financial targets and ensuring operational excellence are key to your success in this dynamic role.

Essential Criteria
  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology
  • Registration with AHPRA/SPA
  • Experience managing an Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology team
  • Experience providing Allied Health services to paediatrics
  • Current Police Check, NDIS Workers Screening Check and Working with Children Check
  • Driving License
