On Offer:
This fully remote role combines general administrative responsibilities with some executive assistant tasks. You will manage workflow processes, emails, coordinate referrals and enquiries, and maintain essential systems and files to ensure seamless operations.
You will also provide direct support to key executives, managing schedules, preparing meetings, and overseeing key actions to completion. Additional responsibilities include travel bookings, HR-related tasks, and maintaining relationships pertinent to executive roles. Flexibility is essential, as the role occasionally requires availability outside standard business hours to support urgent matters.

You will also provide direct support to key executives, managing schedules, preparing meetings, and overseeing key actions to completion. Essential Criteria:
- Proven experience in administrative support and/or executive assistant roles.
- Strong organisational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- NDIS knowledge
- Proficiency in workflow systems and document management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Collaborative and professional demeanour when engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in office software tools (e.g., MS Office Suite).
