The role:
As a Speech Pathologist with our client, you will be integral to the Autism Clinic Team, collaborating to plan and deliver services for the communities we serve. Your role will involve assessing and reviewing children's language, speech, and communication skills, completing autism assessments, and participating in case conferences with team and family members. By delivering client-centered and holistic interventions, you will address the needs and priorities of the children and their families, ensuring that services are reflective, evaluated, and modified to enhance outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement evidence-based programs that meet the communication and well-being goals for children. This includes using your skills in school settings or familiar educational environments and participating in autism diagnostic assessments. Your ability to engage actively with children and their families in service provision, combined with strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills, will be key to your success.

Our client values continuous improvement and innovation, and you will be encouraged to learn, experiment, and share your insights to enhance service delivery. You will act with purpose, measure results, and celebrate achievements, contributing to a culture that goes above and beyond to understand and respect our communities. Your role will also involve efficient and ethical service delivery that builds the capacity of families to assist children in preparing for the transition to school.

You will be given robust support for your professional growth by aligning your contributions with our client's strategy, providing regular feedback, and exploring career opportunities. Your well-being is a priority, and you will be guided in what to do, when, and how to do it, ensuring that you feel fulfilled at the end of each workday.
