The Role

As an Speech Pathologists with our client, you'll play a pivotal role in breaking down barriers and facilitating significantly improved outcomes for participants. The organization offers a unique opportunity for passionate professionals to align their careers with their true calling, allowing them to choose their caseload focus—be it paediatrics, working with adults, or spanning across all age groups.
As a Speech Pathologist You Will Be Responsible For
- Work in various settings: homes, schools, playgrounds, workplaces, and community centers.
- Use an evidence-based measurement tool and your assessment skills to develop therapy plans.
- Deliver transformative speech pathology to help participants achieve their goals and maximize NDIS funding.
- Collaborate with a team of passionate and dedicated allied health professionals.
- Build meaningful relationships with participants and their support networks (family, carers, friends).
- Participate in weekly team meetings at the Hub, sharing impactful stories, coffee, and laughs.
- Leverage the expertise and support of your Team Leader and dedicated Therapy Mentor.
Essential Criteria
- Bachelor degree in Speech Pathology
- Full SPA registration
- Valid NDIS Check
- WWCC Check
- Experience within NDIS highly desired
- Professional Indemnity Insurance
