Our client is offering an opportunity to join a dedicated team passionate about social inclusion for people with disabilities.

The Role
The Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating services and leading practice at the site level. This role involves supervising and supporting staff, overseeing client plans, and ensuring compliance with NDIS Practice Standards. Key duties include:
  • Managing the day-to-day financial operations of the site, including budgeting and staffing costs.
  • Coordinating group home operations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
  • Acting as the initial escalation point for team members.
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and client safeguarding.
  • Ensuring timely mandatory reporting and maintaining housing standards.

Essential Criteria
  • Relevant qualifications (minimum Cert IV) or equivalent experience in disability support.
  • Understanding of NDIS, principles of active support, and a human rights-based approach to service delivery.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience working across residential and / or supported independent living programs.
  • Experience managing and supervising staff in an accommodation setting.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and online systems.
  • Practical experience in achieving community inclusion and maintaining client support plans.
  • Current NSW Driver’s License and Working with Children Check.
