The role:
As a Senior Speech Pathologist in this role, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy to a diverse range of clients across NDIS, Medicare, WorkSafe, and TAC frameworks. You will conduct comprehensive assessments related to speech, communication, swallowing, and assistive technology, tailoring intervention plans to support participants in achieving their goals. Your work will involve close collaboration with clients, families, and other stakeholders to deliver person-centred care and meaningful outcomes.

Beyond clinical responsibilities, you will contribute to operational efficiency by working with the broader team to manage scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow coordination. Ensuring accurate documentation and timely billing of clinical services will be key to maintaining service delivery standards. You will also play an active role in driving continuous improvement initiatives, helping to optimise processes for better client experiences and operational success.

Quality assurance and compliance will be integral to your role, as you uphold industry regulations, including those set by Speech Pathology Australia, the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, and Occupational Health and Safety standards. Your commitment to maintaining best practices and adhering to organisational policies will support the highest standards of service delivery. Essential Criteria
  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Speech Pathology or relevant discipline
  • SPA registration
  • Valid NDIS Check
  • Working With Children Check
  • Police Check
  • Driving License
  • First Aid + CPR Certificate or proof of booking
