Our client, a leading national healthcare provider, is expanding its Speech Pathology team and is seeking a passionate clinician to join their NDIS division. You'll deliver clinical services to participants aged 0-65, working across early intervention, school age, adolescent, and adult services. Your clients will have diverse communication and swallowing needs, and you'll play a vital role in their personal growth, forming strong bonds as you help them achieve their goals.In this role, you'll conduct assessments such as Communication, Swallowing and Paediatric Feeding (Dysphagia), Mealtime Management Plans, and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), while providing ongoing therapy. You will work in various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, schools, community settings, telehealth, and our client’s offices. Beyond clinical responsibilities, you'll also develop and lead a team of Speech Pathologists, fostering excellence and collaboration within the team.
You will have comprehensive administrative and IT support, access to high-quality Speech Pathology tools, online resource subscriptions, and numerous professional development opportunities. Essential Criteria:
- Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
- Registration or ability to become registered with SPA
- Minimum 3 years experience' as a Speech Pathologist
- Experience leading a team or supervising (desirable)
- A reliable vehicle and licence
- Police Check
- Working With Children
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Modules
