The role:
The primary responsibility of this position is to guide and support other administration team members in delivering high-quality legal support services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients. This role also involves various administrative duties, including data entry and coordination of front office tasks. Duties are performed under the guidance of the CEO, reporting directly to the Practice Coordinator or their delegate. As part of the Law Practice, you will contribute to teamwork and team building. The client is an Aboriginal-owned and controlled organisation, providing culturally appropriate legal services in NSW and the ACT, committed to justice for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. You will interact with internal colleagues and external clients, community members, and various professionals. The role involves independent decision-making within a supervised legal practice, seeking guidance from the Practice Coordinator as needed.

Essential Criteria:
- Identify and be recognised in the community as an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Person
- Previous legal administrative experience
- Experience managing a team is desired
